Fair & Festival Vendor
Live Airbrush Entertainment, Built Around Your Fair or Festival
Fairs and festivals have plenty of food, music, and rides, but visitors still look for something they can take part in. Whether you’re planning a one-day community fair or a multi-day festival, live airbrush art gives crowds a reason to stop, watch, and join the line. As a fair and festival vendor, On-Site Airbrush brings that hands-on activity to your event, with every design made in front of the guest it’s for.

Live Fair Designs
Every item is airbrushed on the spot at your fair or festival, so visitors can stand in line and watch a plain shirt or hat turn into a finished design.

Festival Souvenirs
Visitors leave with a shirt, hat, or bag made just for them, something that reminds them of the festival long after the day ends.

Theme-Matched Artwork
Designs can follow your festival’s name, logo, or colors, so each piece connects back to your event and its sponsors.

Full-Day Festival Coverage
The station can run for a few hours or through the entire day, based on your schedule and how long the gates stay open.
Creating Festival Memories
Giving Visitors Something to Remember
On-Site Airbrush provides festival airbrush entertainment for organizers and vendors who want their event to offer more than the usual row of stalls. Guests see a design come together live on a shirt, hat, hoodie, or bag, and they take it home as a reminder of the day. The station becomes part of the festival experience instead of just another stop along the path.
Why Organizers Book Us
What Goes Into a Fair & Festival Booking
Every fair and festival has its own layout, hours, and crowd flow, so each booking is planned around your event instead of a fixed package. From the first conversation to the last guest in line, we aim to keep things simple for you and your team.

Grounds Coordination
We work with your site map and schedule to find a spot that suits foot traffic, so the station is easy to find and easy to line up at.

Artists for Your Crowd Size
One artist for a smaller fair, several for a larger festival, based on the crowd you’re expecting.

Setup and Breakdown
Setup and breakdown are handled by our team, so your staff and volunteers don’t have to take on extra work during the event.

Booth Staffing for Busy Days
Trained artists who can keep the line moving on a busy day while still giving each design the time it needs.
We wanted something different for our cocktail hour, and the airbrush station ended up being the thing everyone talked about at the reception. Guests loved watching their shirts get made right in front of them.
Booked them for our wedding reception, and it kept guests entertained during the lull between dinner and dancing. The line moved fast, and everyone walked away with something they actually wanted to keep.
Our venue coordinator was impressed by how smoothly the setup went. No disruption to the timeline, and it fit right into our cocktail hour without any issues.
I wasn't sure how it would fit into a more formal reception, but the artist matched our wedding colors perfectly, and it ended up being a highlight for our older guests too, not just the younger crowd.
We did it for our bridal party as favors before the ceremony, and it turned into its own little moment while everyone was getting ready. Would recommend for any wedding looking for something interactive.
Guests are still asking us where we found the airbrush artist for our wedding. It was a small addition but made a big difference in how much fun people had at the reception.
